Otis is an integral member of our engineering team and has over 12 years of experience in structural engineering design, structural analysis, and project delivery. He has designed and engineered projects primarily in the commercial and educational business sector, with a concentration on office buildings, mixed-use projects, multi-family residential, K-12, and higher education projects.

His areas of expertise are in the design of concrete, steel, and timber. He has engineered such notable projects as the Lone Star College – University Park Science Building, the Lone Star College Kingwood Process Technology Building, the Booker T. Washington High School (Houston ISD), the Dr. Ann Snyder Elementary School (Conroe ISD), the Park 8 Ninety Office Building Park, and the Barbers Hill Elementary School North & South campus (Barbers Hill ISD).

Otis is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University—College Station. He is a Texas Board of Professional Engineers Qualified Windstorm Inspector and an active member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
