At CDI, we are thrilled to have had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a stunning new residential build in the heart of Houston, Texas. Tasked with both the architectural and structural design, our team embarked on crafting a two-story townhome that seamlessly blends modern elegance with functional living spaces.
Spanning 2,600 square feet, this meticulously planned residence boasts three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, providing ample space for comfortable living and entertaining.
Our design approach prioritized both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity, ensuring that the home not only meets the needs of its residents but also stands the test of time. From the layout of the interior to the selection of materials and finishes, every detail was carefully considered to create a home that is as beautiful as it is functional.
