The ADU, spanning 325 square feet, serves as a charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom pool house, seamlessly integrated into the homeowner’s existing pool area. Our design focused on maximizing functionality and aesthetics, while ensuring structural integrity and compliance with local regulations.
From the layout of the interior space to the selection of materials and finishes, every detail was carefully considered to create a welcoming retreat for the homeowner and their guests.
