Robel is an innovative and influential consultant with a demonstrated track record of providing strategic leadership to enterprise clients and project management for the architecture, engineering, technology, and construction industry. As managing principal, he provides a unique blend of technical design expertise, project management, business development, operational know-how, and creativity to deliver client driven solutions.
After earning a dual bachelors and master's degree in architecture from The University of Kansas, he completed a prestigious fellowship under the distinguished architect Glenn Murcutt at the University of New South Wales. Robel’s 12 years of professional experience has ranged from roles as a security design consultant to low voltage integration project manager to managing founder of Core Design Impact; a one stop shop architecture and engineering consulting boutique.
Robel has had involvement in numerous remarkable projects, including the Camden Downtown 22 Story High rise Apartments, 3300 Main Mixed Use, and River Oaks The Revere Condos. With a gifted expertise his skills been applied in developing the construction of the Vinmar International Corporate HQ, Harris County Fenix Estates, and the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge. Additionally, he played a significant role in the revitalization of Hines's One Shell Plaza, the expansion of HCC Coleman College, and the League City Medical Campus. These projects highlight our commitment to delivering outstanding results and creating spaces that enrich lives.
Committed to professional development and mentorship, Robel has taught as an adjunct professor in the Architecture & Engineering Technology programs at Lone Star College and Houston Community College. Robel is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Black Association of CRE Professionals and holds a TREC real estate license and a NMLS residential mortgage loan originator license.
