He is an expert in residential and commercial site development, including grading and drainage calculations, stormwater pollution prevention plans, floodplain analysis and mitigation, roadway designs, and water and sanitary sewer network management. He has held a variety of positions through many projects, including civil/structural design engineer, civil design project manager, construction project manager, and quality control manager. In these roles, he has been responsible for a wide range of tasks, including cost-of-materials estimations, report and document tracking, project documentation, on-site project visits, and building permit applications. He has also worked closely with clients and external stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and to identify new opportunities.
