At CDI, we were honored to be entrusted with the renovation of a historic one-story residential property in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia. Originally built in 1935, this charming 1,200 square foot home has been brought back to life with our meticulous attention to detail and passion for architectural excellence.
Tasked with the architectural design, our team approached the remodel with a deep respect for the home’s rich history while incorporating modern amenities and conveniences. The renovation includes the addition of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, enhancing both the functionality and comfort of the space.
From preserving original features to carefully selecting materials that complement the home’s character, every decision was made carefully and carefully.
